Plenum boxes FLX-PRV – with oval spigot connections
The FLX-PRV plenum box is installed into concrete screed for oval ventilation ducts. FLX-PRV box is fitted with 4 oval branch-off connections, two on each opposite side. The box is fitted with branch-off connections on different sides so that it can provide air to a larger number of anemostats. Both plenum boxes are used to supply and carry away air from an interior.
Flush mounted in the ceiling or under a layer of insulation, they are excellent for single-family houses and ventilation systems with heat recovery.
FLX-PRV-…-1-1 plenum boxes for air valves, with oval connection spigots designed to fit HDPE-132-52 ducting. In this plenum box version 2 oval spigots are installed on the opposite sides of the plenum box.
FLX-VBW oval, plastic elbows use nipple connection with HPDE oval ducts, diameter 132-52 mm. FLX-VBW version allows to make a quick upwards turn with the installed ducts – it is necessary, e.g. when installing pipes on the floor and afterwards along the wall.
FLX-VODS inverted male coupling for oval semi-rigid ducting. The inverted male coupling joins oval ducting and inverts the profile of one of the ducts.
This solution comes in handy when a plenum box for air supply diffusers need to be connected with the intake upward, or when for some reason ductwork must be installed with the profile upside down.
FLX-PRV-…-1-F / FLX-PRV-…-2-F plenum boxes are used for air supply and exhaust valves. The plenum boxes are made from galvanized steel sheet, and plastic oval duct connection spigots that are designed to fit the FLX-HDPE-132-52 semi-rigid oval ducts.
The plenum boxes are available with 1 or 2 oval connection spigots and SPIRAL duct connection spigots in diameter: 80 / 110 / 125 mm.
Thanks to the low profile of the plenum box, it saves space and is perfect for concealing with cast-in-place concrete.
FLX-PRV plenum boxes are intended for flexible oval ducts in ventilation systems concealed with cast-in-place mortar
or concrete.
The FLX-PRV features 4 oval branch ports, with two ports at the opposite sides. With the branch ports at different sides, the plenum box can provide air to multiple air supply diffusers.
Both plenum box types are intended for air supply and exhaust systems. When concealed in cast-in-place floors or insulation spaces, they are a perfect solution for building heat-recovery ventilation systems in single-family houses.
FLX-VBH oval, plastic elbows use nipple connection with HPDE oval ducts, diameter 132-52 mm. FLX-VBH horizontal elbow features a 90 degree angle and allows to build complex installations with bends which might have been impossible when using only flexible ducts.
Download BrochureAsymmetric reducer FLX-VODS for flexible air ducts. The FLX-VODS asymmetric reducer, apart from connecting ducts also vertically reverses the cross-section. It is used whenever we need to connect the plenum box to an intake ventilator with branch-off installed on top, and not on the bottom, towards the ducts, or if we want to reverse the duct for any reason.
FLX-VNS nipple connector for flexible ventilation ducts. Plastic connectors feature nipple type connection to the duct to connect longer sections of the home ventilation to heat recovery.
